CANCELLATION POLICY
Please give us at least 72 hours notice prior to canceling a spa appointment and we will gladly reschedule it. A 72 hour notice of cancellation is also required for parties of three or more and spa packages.  *We require these appointments be guaranteed with a credit card. Cancellation with less notice will result in a 50% charge of the services reserved. These policies help us retain great employees and we appreciate your cooperation.

COURTESY
Please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out required paperwork. Arriving late will simply limit the time of your appointment, thus diminishing its effectiveness and reducing the benefits of the full treatment. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment time, you may be asked to reschedule. We are committed to providing a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere for all of our guests. Therefore, in respect to others, children are not permitted in the salon unless they are receiving services, and we ask that your cell phones be turned on silent. Thank you.

GRATUITY
For parties of three or more, a 20% gratuity is added to the cost of the services. All other gratuities are left to your discretion.
